Restocking Fee
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all approved returns.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, regardless of the reason for the return.
Non‑Returnable Items
- Change of Mind: Returns are not accepted for items you no longer want or have changed your mind about.
Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be in resale-ready condition.
